Great service and great prices!‎‎ Very impressed with the great customer service. This place was $100 cheaper than my old mechanic for a transmission service. Will definitely be coming back!‎

A Great MB Independent Shop!!!‎‎ Every long term Mercedes owner knows that having a good independent MB shop is the surest way to save money on your Mercedes repair costs. These are my go to guys now. Dino is a very nice guy and I was very happy with the job his shop did on replacing my drivers side catalytic converter on my E-320. I have owned European cars for almost 30 years now and know when when the work is quality and the price is competitive not to mention old school customer service. Well, I found all three at Valley Mercedes Service and if you go there I’ll bet you’ll find it too. Very Satisfied Customer.‎

A TRULY EXCEPTIONAL PLACE!!!‎‎ I am a licensed Mechanic and have always worked on my own cars, providing that I have all the necessary tooling and equipment to do the job. A couple of weeks ago, I was stomped and could not figure out the problem that was plaguing my 1992 Mercedes 300E, I have reached the boundaries of my capability and knowledge and did not have the proper test equipment to proceed further…I have hit a solid brick wall! My only choice was to find a reputable Mercedes Mechanic, but Leary and have doubts that I will ever find one. A Co-worker suggested his Mechanic and was quite excited for me to meet this gentleman named Dino, he told me that I would not believe how good, straight forward, Honest and Friendly this guy is…quote un quote. At first I could not understand what all the fuss was, but come to find out that all the praises was well founded and probably was an understatement since I thought more of the guy and his crew. I was running late when I got to Valley Mercedes.

Not expecting to get my problem resolve that day, I was at least hoping to get an idea what was causing the hesitation issue that was driving me nuts for the past three weeks. Instead of getting a song and pony show, Dino and Tom quickly brainstormed and combined their expertise to tackle my problem. Considering that the shop was fully booked that day, Dino found the time to squeeze me in their tight schedule…knowing that I was in dire need of a resolution, not mentioning that I drove a good 45 miles plus to get there! To my amazement, Dino and Tom found my problem that same day and resolved it even though they have to work beyond their closing time…that is unheard of now a days!!! Needless to say, I was dancing on the ceiling with joy! Not only that I found closure that same day, I also found a bunch of new friends in Dino, Tom and Andy (The Crew in Valley Mercedes). With my issue behind me, I was again surprised when I got my bill, not only that is was reasonable, it was dirt cheap considering what it could have been if I took it to the dealer or the other shop that I used to go to. I can now honestly say that I have found a bunch of trustworthy Mechanics and will sing praises in high heavens about Dino and his Crew in Valley Mercedes. God Bless you guys for being friendly and honest!!! Now I can confidently say that if I don’t have the time to fix my own car, I will just let Dino take care of my problems without worrying about the cost and quality of service. Bravo Zulu to you guys! (A Military term which means a “Job Well Done”.

Great Service at a Great Price‎‎ I have been to many independent shops as well as dealerships for automotive repairs, and have finally found one i can recommend whole heartedly! Valley Mercedes Service in Covina went above and beyond any expectations in oreder to satisfy me. My car was diagnosed correctly, repaired in a timely manner and at a price that was far lower than the dealership and local competitors ( I shopped around). the staff was corteous and show a level of service that was second to none. Thanks guys, I’ll definitely be back!‎

Integrity and Great Customer Service‎‎ Dino and Tom went out of their way to find ways to cut costs on the repair of my vehicle (still maintaining a high level of service); they provided me with options as to what I could do within certain parameters and still receive quality workmanship. I greatly appreciated that they provided these cost options to me. When I picked up my car, Dino took his time to show me the old parts that were replaced. I found a new home for any future maintenance on my vehicle. Their level of customer service exceeds any that I have seen in the past, which is extremely rare these days. In addition, their level of integrity and character is also appreciated. Thanks to you again Dino and all your exemplary mechanics!‎

Mercedes Service at its best‎‎ Brakes and oil change and check up and the Benz is running in fine form. Made appointment on Saturday and they were there to do the Job Thanks Guys!‎

Best Mercedes Shop in Covina‎‎ I recently took my car to Mercedes Dealer to get serviced, but they ended up telling me my car needed brakes and other repairs I was not aware of. One of my co-workers recommend, I take my car to Valley Mercedes where she gets her car serviced. I met with Dino and he told me that I did not need half of those repairs the dealer mentioned. He only addressed the problem in hand which was minor, and the price for fixing it was cheap. Thanks Dino for being honest and offering reliable service. I would highly recommend Valley Mercedes to anyone. Keep up the good work. Gina Alvarez‎

Good customer service is alive‎‎ I am a new customer @ Valley Mercedes Service. I was introduced to Valley Mercedes by a co-worker. I am impressed by their service. On two occasions their work was under the time frame they told me. The actual cost was less than the estimate, that never happens. Clean shop, and my car runs great. We have many choices as to where we get our vehicles serviced, but I will continue to go to Valley Mercedes. Try them, so you can see that customer service is not dead. You will not go anywhere else. Thank you Dino and Tom for understanding the meaning of good customer service.
